An inspired blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, you are greeted with aromas of huckleberry coulis, petrichor, bay leaves, violets, toffee, and candied orange zest. More dark fruit flavors, deeply roasted almond, black pepper, and cacao bean really make the front palate pop. The finish has beautiful tannins and lingering acidity. This is a beautiful wine.

Vineyard Notes
2020 was a vintage to remember. From early on in 2020, the vintage was quite warm. Bud break and set happened very smoothly, and the crop size was considerably smaller after two large vintages. In the vineyard, all our varietals were concentrated in yields but delicious in flavors.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes for our Tres blend were picked, fermented, and aged separately. We picked each variety by hand, sorted by hand, then de-stemmed and gently crushed each lot. Each of the varieties was fermented in a stainless steel open top tank, cold soaked for 3-5 days then inoculated and punched down 2 times per day. After fermentation, the wines were put to neutral oak barrels and aged for 11 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
