A huge burst of spices will immediately hit your nose when smelling this wine. Cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and cloves jump out of the glass, with aromas of black cherry and boysenberry syrup soon to follow. Rich and full on the front palate with jammy cherry and strawberry fruit and lingering spices. The wine has velvety tannins with bracing but balanced acidity on the finish. A very seductive wine that you will enjoy night after night with many different foods.
